Studio Complex

The studio complex, located within the Creative Industry Incubator building, brings together the entire active production process under one roof—from building sets in workshops to editing and sound production in the post-production area. The entire site and building are designed with practical usability in mind.

The studio complex will be ready in August 2026.

The design of the studios allows for two different projects (such as film, series, commercials, music videos, corporate events, black box concerts, exhibitions, etc.) to take place at the same time, as the studio areas are designed to prevent unauthorized access from one studio area to another.

The interest of international film producers in coming to Estonia is supported by the FILM ESTONIA cash rebate programme, with a budget of €6 million for 2024. Filming in Ida-Viru County is further supported by the VIRU FILM FUND, with a funding budget of €200,000 for 2024.

Post Production spaces

The second floor of the Creative Industry Incubator will house a post-production area to ensure that productions made in the studios below can be finalized onsite with editing, color grading, VFX creation, sound design, and other finishing touches. Specially adapted relaxation areas and a balcony view of the nature-inspired inner courtyard offer respite from intense work.

The spaces will be fully equipped and available after the complex’s completion in 2026.
