The incubation program opened many doors and provided valuable hands-on experience behind the scenes of the film and television industry. Meetings with an excellent mentor, other industry professionals, and our group were always motivating and ignited my passion for the film world! Over the course of the year, I built a strong portfolio, made several connections, and am now offering my services as a photographer in the industry, which I will definitely continue!

Filmi Industry Incubation Programme
The Ida-Viru Enterprise Centre fosters the creative industries within the audiovisual sector.
Introduction
Turn your skills to the benefit of the film industry – your profession has a role in film!
Our program supports additional training for those who want to apply their existing skills in the film sector. The goal is to support and develop creative and entrepreneurial individuals who have a film or multimedia-related idea they want to bring to market. The incubation program offers participants mentorship, training, and hands-on workshops, providing guidance both in developing a business model and taking the first steps toward attracting investment.
What Makes Our Program Unique?
We are the first film industry incubation program in Estonia. Unlike general business programs, we focus specifically on the film and creative sectors. Participants gain access to industry experts, opportunities to network within the field, and support from idea to execution. The program bridges creativity and entrepreneurship, offering a strong starting point for those ready to make their mark in the film world.
